What would such a society be like?

Imagine a society in which there are no social classes- no differences in people鈥檚 wealth, income, and life chances. What would such a society be like? Would it be stable or would its social structure change over time? How could you apply Max Weber鈥檚 theory to this scenario?
What would such a society be like?
i think thats called utopian socialism and it did exist in america and for obvious reasons it never caught on
What would such a society be like?
It'd be boring.

Everyone is different, you can't have everyone the same unless some higher power forces them to be.

Sure the worlds not fair and perhaps some people would like for it to be fair, but it's just not possible. Not everyone deserves to either, there are people who have met their share of bad luck, but there are cynics and narcissists and pessimists who don't really care what position their in, they'll view the world the same way.

Is a world where everyone's rank is the same a world where everyone's %26quot;happiness%26quot; level is the same? Does that mean that people of higher class in our current world are happier and more satisfied with their lives? hell no.

you know what the perfect world would be, a world with no change at all, no problems to worry about, no difference between people. A world where everyone is dead. to support this, i want to muster a world extermination army, who's with me?

Life is full of ups and downs. it is diverse, though it is easy for me to say as I'm not on the streets in a third world country thus it might seem hypocritical. there are however, people who have changed their lives because of their outlook on life, people who have gone from nothing to everything.

the world isn't to be run with the goal of max efficiency in mind. that's for a computer.
I think it would be perfect. Let's move to an absolute egalitarian social system.

Whilst human beings are diverse and different, ultimately, everyone knows what it is to be in love, everyone knows what it's like to find something funny, everyone knows what it is to hate, or to be jealous, or to be insecure; we're made from the same basic stuff... we can't be that different from each other.

All people are equal and the idea of hierarchy is preposterous. We are all connected in some way. We're all part of the glorious oneness of the universe. Separation is an illusion and none of us can be content as long as there is neglect and suffering among the weaker of our number.

I don't want to see another homeless man because it doesn鈥檛 seem right to me.
Basically we would all be exactly the same and everything would be pointless.
i don't think society would be stable and i think everyone would crash and burn and there would be a lot of wars
I believe it would be called Amish, or Mennonite. It would be stable.
absolutely terrible, it's against human nature to stay docile
